o3-mini: OpenAI o3 Mini chat completions, USDC per 1M tokens in / out: Standard (default) 1.1 / 4.4, plus 0.0025 per call on Base or 0.002 on Solana. Reasoning levels: low, medium, high, xhigh (send model o3-mini:<level> or reasoning_effort). Quote charges input plus 10% of max_tokens as output (the model may use all of it); reasoning tokens count as output and come first, so send max_tokens >= 128 for short answers.
