x402 preflight: check any x402 endpoint BEFORE you pay it. Probes the target unpaid and returns its live price in USD, network, whether the asset is canonical USDC, payTo, timeout, mismatches vs the CDP Bazaar listing, and a pay / caution / do_not_pay verdict. Never signs or pays anything.. Agent utilities paid per call in USDC on Base via the Coinbase CDP facilitator. GET /api/read ($0.002): fetch a public URL and return clean text plus prompt-injection flags (SSRF-guarded). GET /api/preflight ($0.01): check a seller's 402 payment requirements (USDC EIP-712 domain name/version, network, asset) before you pay. GET /api/guide ($2): x402 Seller Field Guide in Markdown with per-chain USDC EIP-712 domain table and measured RPC eth_getLogs limits.
