JSON per asset: instId, fundingRate, fundingTime and a rule-based crowding hint {side: longs/shorts/neutral, level: quiet/mild/elevated/extreme} with thresholds. OKX public data only. The hint is not a forecast and not financial advice. Errors are not charged.

This endpoint takes pay-per-call payments over x402. Call it once without paying to see its live price; any x402 client then pays and retries automatically.
