Send any whitelisted read-only JSON-RPC method (eth_getBalance, eth_getLogs, eth_getStorageAt, eth_feeHistory, eth_getBlockByNumber and friends) to a public node for Base, Ethereum, Arbitrum, Optimism or Polygon. For the odd method a purpose-built endpoint does not cover. Transaction signing and broadcasting are rejected.
